Sugar Caddy Terms of Service

1. Your account

Sugar Caddy helps you research and organise second-hand buying options. You can create an account without an invitation. Keep your sign-in details secure and use the service only through your own account. The ChatGPT integration is available in Australia and requires a connected Sugar Caddy account.

2. Shopping information

Listings may be incomplete, stale, inaccurate, withdrawn or changed by their seller or marketplace. Recommendations, comparisons and generated summaries help you make decisions; they are not a purchase guarantee. Confirm price, identity, condition, compatibility, ownership, availability, safety and transaction terms before buying. Sugar Caddy does not sell these items or handle marketplace payment and delivery.

3. Third-party marketplaces and listing information

Sugar Caddy helps you discover, compare and organise second-hand buying options. It retrieves listing information through third-party data providers in response to your buying requests.

Sugar Caddy is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook Marketplace or Meta. Marketplace names are used to identify listing sources. Listing descriptions, images and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Listings can change, expire or become unavailable. Check the original listing and confirm details directly with the seller before buying. Marketplace integrations may also change or become unavailable.

You are responsible for using retrieved information lawfully and respecting applicable marketplace terms and third-party rights. Do not use Sugar Caddy to bypass access controls, harass sellers, systematically harvest listings, or redistribute listing content in bulk. Access to listing information does not grant ownership or republication rights.

4. ChatGPT connection

Connecting Sugar Caddy to ChatGPT gives it access to your connected buying workspace. It can read saved listings and photos, run searches or update listing information when you request them, and save a buying discussion when you ask. It can only access your connected account. Choose your search region in Sugar Caddy; the integration uses that saved area.

5. Usage and account limits

Requested searches and listing updates can use account service credit and are subject to your existing account limits. Connecting ChatGPT does not provide additional credit or unlimited use. The integration does not sell credit, subscriptions or upgrades. Saved information can be read without starting a paid provider action.

6. Acceptable use

Use Sugar Caddy for lawful, ordinary second-hand shopping. Do not use it to obtain prohibited or restricted goods and services, including weapons, drugs, prescription medicines, tobacco or nicotine, adult products, stolen or counterfeit goods, covert surveillance devices or fraudulent services. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe another account, misuse credentials or treat seller content as instructions. Unsupported requests may be declined and unsuitable listings withheld.

7. Availability and responsibility

We maintain the service and may change features or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or external-provider failures. To the extent permitted by law, Sugar Caddy does not guarantee that a listing, seller, generated output or buying outcome is accurate, safe or suitable. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy, deletion and support

Our Privacy Policy explains storage, retention and your controls. You can delete Buying Items once active work has finished. For account help, access, correction or deletion requests, email support@sugarcaddy.ai. We may verify account ownership before acting. Access may be suspended for security, abuse or material breach.
