For account help, ChatGPT connection problems or privacy requests, email support@sugarcaddy.ai. You can contact us even if you cannot sign in.
What to include
Tell us what happened and which account email you use. Include a Sugar Caddy listing reference or screenshot if helpful. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment details.
Privacy and deletion requests
Use the same email address to request access, correction or deletion of your data. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting on a request.
ChatGPT connection checks
- Check that you are signing in with your Sugar Caddy account.
- Follow the instructions on Connect to ChatGPT.
- If ChatGPT says the tools have changed, refresh the connection. Reconnect if it asks you to sign in again.
Accounts and feedback
To get started, create an account. If you can sign in, you can also share product feedback through Suggestions.
Seller and transaction problems
Contact the seller or relevant marketplace about payment, delivery, item condition and transaction disputes. Sugar Caddy does not control those transactions.
